Refund and Cancellation

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through sovereigntypath.com from Casanova Ventures LLC, operating the Sovereignty Path website and product line ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital products, 30-day money-back guarantee

Our core digital products, including the Sovereign Escape Plan, Sovereign Connection, the Sovereign Curiosity Roadmap, and The Gratitude Generator, together with any included bonuses, are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If the product does not serve you, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a detailed reason, though we always welcome your honest feedback so we can improve. Thirty days. No interrogation. No hard feelings. You keep everything you created.

2. How to request a refund

Send a refund request to [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include:

• The name on the order
• The email address used at checkout
• The product name and approximate date of purchase

We will confirm receipt and process eligible requests promptly.

3. Processing time for approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

4. What qualifies and what does not

Qualifies: core digital products within 30 days of purchase, as described above.

May not qualify:

• Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed.
• Coaching, consulting, or other one-to-one or done-with-you services that have already been delivered or substantially performed, and any custom or personalized work.
• Products or bundles expressly marked as non-refundable or final sale at the time of purchase.
• Requests where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity or wholesale copying and distribution of the materials.

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded, accessed, and retained, refunds are governed by this policy rather than by any assumption that digital goods are automatically returnable. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

5. Coaching, consulting, and higher-level programs

Higher-level programs, coaching, and consulting engagements are governed by the specific terms provided to you at the time of enrollment, including any deposit, scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling terms. Where a separate program agreement exists, that agreement controls for that engagement. If no separate terms are provided, please contact us before purchasing to confirm the cancellation terms.

6. Subscriptions and recurring payments

If you enroll in any subscription or recurring-payment offering, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date by contacting [email protected] or using any self-service cancellation option provided. Cancellation stops future charges. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the offer, amounts already billed for a current period are not prorated or refunded, and you retain access through the end of the paid period.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund through us, in circumstances where a refund would have been provided under this policy, is considered a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to respond to illegitimate chargebacks with transaction records and to suspend access to products and future purchases in cases of abuse.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a revised effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
